Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR Director and others to understand hiring needs and craft job descriptions that reflect the roles accurately.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.
- Develop a pipeline of candidates through research, sourcing, cold calling, building rapport with industry professionals, networking, and online job posting.
- Foster a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
- Attending local college and job fairs as well as networking events.
- Advocate for candidates and new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles within the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A passion for delivering high-quality service and building trust with candidates and team members.
