What a night at Camden Yards! ⚾️

DII Home Healthcare+ had a great time hosting some of their clients for an Orioles game against the Cleveland Guardians last night. Always nice to get out of the office, catch up with clients and friends, and enjoy a ballgame together.

A big thank you to Jackie Siejack and her team at Chesapeake Employers` Insurance Company for sponsoring the suite and making the night possible, and to Jennifer Grey Meredith at Ascension Business Solutions LLC for partnering with them and bringing some clients to join.

We`re grateful for the relationships built in the home care industry and appreciate everyone who made it such a fun night. Looking forward to doing it again! ...

Every Friday, over 2,600 Baltimore students go home with a weekend food bag from Baltimore Hunger Project. Without it, weekends mean hunger — not rest, not a break, just two long days without a consistent meal.

This summer, our team wanted to help. We ran two raffles, and every dollar went straight to BHP. Swipe through to meet our winners 🧺

Together, we raised about $800. By BHP`s own numbers, that`s enough to feed roughly 26 kids — for a month.

Thank you to everyone who participated. This is the kind of thing we`ll always make time for. 🧡

📅 Maryland Employers: The FAMLI DOI Window Opens Today

Every MD employer with at least one W-2 employee must register and declare their FAMLI path — private plan or state plan — by November 15.

Key detail: registering with the state automatically enrolls you in the STATE plan. Want to go private instead? A licensed agent has to file a separate declaration for you. You`re not picking a carrier yet — just declaring intent, which lets you avoid paying into the state program starting in 2027.

Back to school is a lot on everyone, not just the kids. 🎒

New routines, new schedules, new worries — it`s normal to feel stretched thin trying to balance it all. Keep an eye on how your kids are adjusting, but don`t forget to check in with yourself too.

A few small things can help: realistic expectations, protected time to recharge, and asking for support before you`re overwhelmed, not after.
