The Hartford Policy Holders –

DII has partnered with The Hartford to allow direct management of policies and communication inside the Hartford’s “My Account” portal. Simply login to and view/pay bills, complete annual insurance audits, create certificates of insurance, report & manage claims, and access policy documents in just a few clicks.

Direct Claims and After Hour Reporting

If our office is closed after 4:45 pm Monday through Friday, on a holiday, or over the weekend, please choose the Claims Phone Directory of Insurance Companies and call the appropriate number for your carrier. You will be able to report the claim immediately 24/7 and will be instructed how to proceed.
