Job Position:

  • BASIC FUNCTION:
  • Maintain compliance management, aid in sourcing qualified candidates during recruiting/hiring process, maintaining employee records, assist with benefit administration, development of policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Specialize in recruitment and workforce planning.
    1.   Continued involvement in and refinement of recruitment process
  • Ability to help develop, implement and improve all HR initiatives.
  • Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records (Time and Attendance, EEO data, performance etc.)
  • Compliance with all policies and legal requirements.
  • Benefit administration
  • Assist in development of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain current knowledge of HR regulations.
  • Tuesday Meeting attendance
  • Liaison with Career Development Coach
  • Service and assist others in HR department, as necessary.


QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Good understanding of full recruitment process.
    2.  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
    3.  Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    4. Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment and a self-starter who works with integrity.
    5. Organized/detail oriented/problem solver.
    6. Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
    7. Strong listening skills
    8. Ability to handle sensitive situations with a high degree of confidentiality.
    9.  3+ years’ proven experience in similar role
