  • Provide support to the Assistant Account Manager and Account Manager with regards to new business/renewal/service processes between Team and Client to maintain and nurture new and existing business relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mastery and Ownership of the Details
    1.   Client Policies—in all forms
    2.   Policy Changes/Endorsements
    3.   Attaching and connecting with the Agency Manager (EPIC) activity process
    4.   Our Shared Data Drive
  • Mastery of The Agency Manager (EPIC)
    1.   Cancellations both pending and final notices
    2.   Endorsements/Changes to existing policies
    3.   Communications with our clients
    4.   Applications- These provide accurate and essential details needed to build policies that will best protect our clients.
    5.   Claim information detail
    6.   Fax within EPIC
  • Mastery of EPIC Workflows
    1.   Activity Workflow
      •   Proficiency in time management in the follow up of activities.
    2.   Billing Workflow
    3.   Attachment Workflow
    4.   Proficiency with Real Time Bridging.
  • Mastery of Accessing and Using Insurance Company Websites
    1.   Navigate and retrieve documents
    2.   Using our technology to most effectively integrate with the insurance company.
    3.   Loss Runs
  • Resource Pro Procedures
    1.   Understanding of policy check in process

QUALIFICATIONS:

    1.  At least 2+ years’ experience in a P+C customer service role
    2.  Intermediate/advanced proficiency level of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    3.  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    4.  Organized/detail oriented/problem solver
    5.  Proficiency w/EPIC (preferred)
    6.  Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
    7.  Active P&C license
