  • Provide support with regards to new business/renewal/service processes between Team and Client to maintain and nurture new and existing business relationships.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills as well as some industry knowledge and the desire to grow their career in a fast-paced role. In this position, you will build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our clients and provide support to our Client Relationship Managers.

How You Will Succeed

  • Process policies, endorsements, audits and other policy documents accurately and efficiently
  • Regularly provide personalized consultation to clients and escalate complex issues to Client Relationship Managers in order to best assist internal and external clients
  • Enter all account and policy information into the agency management system with an outstanding level of data integrity and accuracy.
  • Prepare certificates, policies, and other documents for delivery via email, US Mail, or by hand
  • Manage premium finance agreements and notices of cancellation, recession, and reinstatement. Assist with accounting discrepancies in premium and commission and accounts receivable
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues of all levels from support to executives.
