  • BASIC FUNCTION:
  • Efficiently manage and communicate the flow of customer detail resulting in retention of data with all accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Knowledge and understanding of CSR 24 Management System
    1. Timely and accurate issuance of all Certificates of Insurance and EOP’s
  • Navigating Carrier Websites
    1. Pulling loss runs
    2. Download policy/endorsement
  • Invoicing
  • Processing Endorsements/cancellations
  • Issue Auto ID Cards
  • Provide day-to-day service to team members/clients/carriers
  • Understanding of Resource Pro procedures
  • Knowledge and mastery of EPIC platform
    1. Understanding and execution of EPIC workflows
  • Support for Assistant Account Manager(s) and/or Account Manager(s) within team
  • Backup for Receptionist
  • Tuesday Morning Meeting attendance

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

    1.  Ability to build and maintain relationships with client while delivering exceptional customer service
    2.  Active P&C license
    3.  Basic proficiency level of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    4.  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    5.  Organized/detail oriented/problem solver
    6.  Proficiency w/EPIC (preferred)
    7.  Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
    8.  CISR or ACSR designation (preferred)
    9.  1-3 years’ experience as a customer service representative or commercial insurance experience
