- Assistant Account Manager – Commercial Lines

- BASIC FUNCTION:
- Provide support to the Account Manager with regards to new business / renewal / service processes between Team and Client to maintain and nurture new and existing relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of account cycle timeline
- Applications—Acord, both current and future
- Obtain loss runs from carrier sites
- Compile loss summaries
- Assist with proposals as needed
- Directly monitor CSR (if applicable)
- Servicing liaison between account manager/producer/client/carrier.
- Policy changes
- Policy check In
- Policy/endorsement Delivery
- Billing
- Audits
- Mastery of CSR 24
- Proficiency in the agency management system (EPIC)
- Premium calculations
- Marketing
- Resource Pro procedures
- Understanding policy check-in process
- Understand carrier website download
- Attend team meetings
- Maintain familiarity with trends in the industry as well as new insurance products
- Tuesday Morning meeting attendance
- Service and assist clients as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with client and team while delivering exceptional customer service
- Active P&C license
- Service oriented
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency level of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Organized/detail oriented/problem solver
- Proficiency w/EPIC (preferred)
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
- ACSR or AAI designation (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as an assistant account manager or CSR
