  • BASIC FUNCTION:
  • Provide support to the Account Manager with regards to new business / renewal / service processes between Team and Client to maintain and nurture new and existing relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of account cycle timeline
    1.  Applications—Acord, both current and future
    2.  Obtain loss runs from carrier sites
    3.  Compile loss summaries
    4.  Assist with proposals as needed
  • Directly monitor CSR (if applicable)
  • Servicing liaison between account manager/producer/client/carrier.
    1.  Policy changes
    2.  Policy check In
    3.  Policy/endorsement Delivery
    4.  Billing
    5.  Audits
    6.  Mastery of CSR 24
    7.  Proficiency in the agency management system (EPIC)
    8.  Premium calculations
    9.  Marketing
  • Resource Pro procedures
    1. Understanding policy check-in process
    2. Understand carrier website download
  • Attend team meetings
  • Maintain familiarity with trends in the industry as well as new insurance products
  • Tuesday Morning meeting attendance
  • Service and assist clients as necessary

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

    1.  Ability to build and maintain relationships with client and team while delivering exceptional customer service
    2.  Active P&C license
    3.  Service oriented
    4.  Intermediate/advanced proficiency level of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    5.  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    6.  Organized/detail oriented/problem solver
    7.  Proficiency w/EPIC (preferred)
    8.  Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
    9.  ACSR or AAI designation (preferred)
    10.  3+ years of experience as an assistant account manager or CSR
