- Account Manager – Personal Lines

- Director of Operations/Personal Lines Team Lead
- BASIC FUNCTION:
- Efficiently manage and direct new business/renewal/service processes between Producer/Team and Client to maintain and nurture new and existing relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing of accounts both new and renewal
- Carrier selection
- Negotiating with carriers/underwriters – pricing/additional coverages, etc.
- Final review of new business/renewal placement
- Ability to identify deficiencies
- Expiration list management
- Servicing liaison between producer/client/carrier
- Support Producer in expanding book of business
- Maintain familiarity with trends in the industry as well as new insurance products
- Tuesday Morning Meeting attendance
- Service and assist clients as necessary
- Billing reconciliation
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with client while delivering exceptional customer service
- Active P&C license
- Marketing and placement of PL new business and renewal accounts
- Basic/intermediate proficiency level of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Organized/detail oriented/problem solver
- Proficiency w/EPIC (preferred)
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
- ACSR/PLCS/API designation (preferred)
- 3-5 years’ experience as a personal lines account manager
