  • Operates agency telephone console, receives incoming visitors and directs them accordingly as well as miscellaneous clerical duties and tasks.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing front desk
    1. Answer/direct incoming calls
    2. Manage voicemail boxes
    3. Personal Lines’ Alerts
    4. Welcome Board
    5. Attendance
    6. Greet visitors/Manage Sign-In Book
    7. Update groups in phone system
    8. Maintain front desk area – plants, desk area, etc.
  • Faxes
    1. Attach to appropriate client in TAM/email CSR
    2. Enter claim related faxes into TAM
  • MVR Reports
    1. Process requests/Forward report to CSR
  • Mail
    1. Receiving and distributing incoming mail delivered at front desk
    2. Understand outgoing mail process
    3. Handle outgoing FedEx mail
    4. Notify Post Office of flat rate pickup
  • Claims
    1. Entering/updating claim information from first reports
    2. Claims in Suspense
    3. Daily claim reports
  • Tuesday Morning Meeting attendance
  • Service and assist clients as necessary.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
