PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create and manage Risk Reduction Calendars
  • Create Loss Summaries
    1. Pull loss runs
    2. Communicate with adjusters
  • Modifications
    1. Pure reports
  • Addresses safety issues with clients
    1. Member of safety committee
    2. Plan and follow-up with loss control visits
  • Create Mywave toolbox kit for clients (training)
  • Communication with adjusters
    1. Claims
  • Maintain and update book of business client list
    1. To do list
    2. Weekly meetings
  • Plan client events
    1. Luncheons
    2. Seminars
  • Create claim information and protocol kits
  • Tuesday Morning Meeting attendance
  • Pink Pig Presentation
  • Service and assist clients as necessary.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
