  • Develop a talent management process and strategy to equip our team members with the skills, knowledge and experience that will guide them through their professional journey.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Development/execution of career development plan for all team members
  2. Implement training programs
  3. Create training goals for all team members
  4. Evaluations/Progress Reports
  5. Develop and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, carriers, etc.
  6. Participate in all meetings and team member development plans
  7. Maintain effective communication
  8. Ability to adapt to different learning styles
