  • BASIC FUNCTION:
  • To efficiently manage and direct new business/renewal/service processes between Producer/Team and Client in order to maintain and nurture new and existing relationships.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Marketing of accounts both new and renewal business
    1. Carrier selection
    2. Negotiating with carrier/underwriters – pricing/additional coverages, etc.
    3. Final review of new business/renewal placement
  • Management of TAM data with 100% accuracy rate
    1. Process renewals
    2. Processing/follow-up of endorsements
    3. Billing – CXI’s and agency
    4. FR-19 requests
    5. Daily correspondence
    6. Receive phone calls from clients and companies regarding insurance or administrative problems and comply with their requests
    7. Knowledge of TAM Workflows
  • Support Producer in expanding book of business
  • Cross Selling existing book of business
  • Maintain familiarity with trends in industry as well as new insurance products
  • Tuesday Morning Meeting attendance
  • Pink Pig Presentation
  • Service and assist clients as necessary
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
