  • To efficiently manage and direct new business/renewal/service processes between Producer/Team and Client in order to maintain and nurture new and existing relationships.
  • Marketing of Accounts both new and renewal business
    1. Carrier selection
    2. Negotiating with carriers/underwriters – pricing/additional coverages, etc.
    3. Final review of new business/renewal placement
  • Direct and monitor Account Facilitator and Associate
    1. Expiration List management
    2. Account Cycle timeline
  • Assist Producer with client presentations/appointments, etc.
    1. Proposals
    2. Zywave
    3. Annual Plan Management
  • Servicing Liaison between producer/client/carrier
    1. Contract review
    2. Coverage issues
    3. Emergencies
    4. Collect premiums – assist in collections and following up for payments
    5. Prepare account summaries
  • Resource Pro Procedures
    1. Familiarity with policy check-in
    2. Carrier website download
  • Understanding and knowledge of CSR 24 (DII Edge)
    1. Ability to issue a Certificate of Insurance
    2. Ability to create a Master (new business, renewal)
  • Support Producer in expanding book of business
  • Conduct Team meetings
  • Maintain familiarity with trends in the industry as well as new insurance products
  • Tuesday Morning Meeting attendance
  • Pink Pig Presentation
  • Service and assist clients as necessary
  • Assist other team members as needed
